Sheridan Residence

I have lived here for several years. The maintenance staff respond quickly and efficiently to make repairs or tend to other needs, such as no electric. I have had good neighbors and the surrounding area has plenty to offer in the way of grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The downside of having utilities included is that you cannot get HEAP, but the upside is no separate or surprise bills. One negative comment I have is the last 2 rent increases. Although I understand that utilities and maintenance costs have increased, I feel that this last increase was excessive. Just something to be mindful of.

Great value for the rent

KENDEV is a good apartment management companu, and Amy is a great building manager for the Sheridan residence. They respnd to maintenance requests quickly, and Amy respnds and handles any questions or complaints professionally and quickly. The rent is reasonable and over I am very grateful to be renting here. The noise can be an issue as walls are thin, but the are able to reapond to noise complaints to handle the situation. People also smoke cigarettes and marijuana innthe apartments which is a nuisance and not easily stopped due to NY state laws, so I dont fault KENDEV for that. Igive 9 out of 10 for this company and building.
