Negatives:The building needs major and minor work. Windows, broken and worn floors and plumbing fixtures, heat goes out, no access from the building front to parking so have to walk aroubd the building, no lights in the parking lots, dimly lit stairwells and no light at all in the stairwell leading to the laundry area, no elevator, and property managers do not respond to calls for weeks. Positives: The maintenance staff does respond, the heat when working is adequate, the location is nice, and except for events at the party venue on the first floor, the building is quiet.

There are typical and atypical problems in the building and in the apartment. The maintenance staff is very responsive but the office staff is impossible to reach, don't ever answer the phone and don't return calls or messages for weeks. The parking is behind the building with no rear access and no lights in parking lot. The emergency exit windows are not working correctly (when contacted directly maintenance responded but still waiting for them to be fixed). Heat and hot water cut out. This could be a great place with a little work and effort but is mediocre at best due to owner/management neglect.

The location, parking and neighbors are great. You have a lot of privacy. The maintenance team does a good job repairing most issues although it could be better. The building is very quiet & clean. We love that their are a lot of dogs in the building. However, their are a lot of leaks in the apartment so it's hard to keep the apartment warm. The floors is really old and have started sink in. We had to have maintenance replace the bathroom when the floor started sinking in and the tiles on the walls started falling off. But we haven't been able to fix the living room floor situation it's been almost a year. Otherwise we love our apartment, it's just definitely in need of some updates to the floors & windows mainly.
