The maintenance and staff are receiving the lowest stars because it took 7 months for a water leak to be fixed in my apartment when I reported it many times throughout those months. The maintenance man is very lazy and does not do his best work when fixing issues. You have to repeatedly address the issues that need fixing before any work is done. There are no building amenities such as laundry, roof access, or yard access either.
