This building is not investing nearly enough into the building to warrant the rent prices it's charging. This whole building is going to clear out if certain things arent changed. Cleaning the exterior more frequently and during the weekend. Beautifying the exterior just by adding a couple plants. Fixing the elevator. Updating the lobby and the paint. These are luxury prices at cheap bushwick loft rental upkeep. INVEST IN YOUR PROPERTY.

As an apartment, I have no real complaints about this place — it's clean, quiet, conveniently located, the staff is extraordinarily helpful, and the space is very nice. However, the owners are all too aware of this, and will ask you to pay accordingly. In renewing for my third year lease, they attempted to raise the rent by over 25% beyond the previous year, citing 'market value' for the apartment — they were more concerned with what they could potentially get for the apartment than the fact that I was a great tenant with a two-year history. In the end they negotiated and made some concessions, but as a single renter, I'm almost certain the next year's increase in price will eclipse the value of actually living here. Will likely look elsewhere.

Could be a nice building, but it is too loud, has too old windows (noise and heat/cold come through), and the entrance (inside and outside) needs urgently an update! The rooftop should be accessible as promised.

Fantastic staff and team, friendly attentive and responsive. We are the only building on the block that doesn't have amenities. The one next to us has a roof mailroom and a garage. A better mail system would be great, other than that its been a great experience

I moved in February 2023 and absolutely love the apartment! So much work was done prior to moving in to make the space perfect. The giant windows and high ceilings make the apartment feel even bigger than it is! The building staff are super friendly and helpful and the location is great!
