Why Renters Love It Here

Residents appreciate that the building is frequently cleaned, and trash is taken out on time. They also enjoy the variety of amenities, including a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and an additional in-building laundry room. Renters find the apartments spacious and note that the building community is friendly.

Wonderful home, maintenance needs some work.

Maintenance does not do a good job keeping track of tenant needs. We've had issues spanning months (nothing that makes our apt unliveable), that still are not corrected. That being said, the building gets frequently cleaned, the trash taken out on time, and generally we are very content.

Poor heat in the winter. Inconsistent care of the common areas. Property managers don't last more than a year.

Great Location

I have lived here for a little over a year and you cannot beat the neighborhood. Great restaurants and parks in the area, very family friendly and beautiful area. From an cost standpoint, the price is about the same for similar buildings in the same location.

Solid place to live

Haven't lived here too long, but the neighborhood is really nice and the folks that live in the building are friendly too. I do appreciate that it's got a pretty fulsome set of amenities (dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, in-building laundry room, etc.) and we have much more space than our old place.
