I like this development, although we need a fancier looking lobby. Also, I don't like that we no longer have free amenities, which it was marketed as. We should not have to pay.

I have lived here for one month and love my unit. I think tenants should receive an extension to call from our intercom, to reach the residential manager, Sam. There should be cushions on the outside furniture on the rooftop, as well as a hammock and a small table with a umbrella to shield from the sun, during summer months. Hammocks are not that expensive. Better looking carpet in the lobby.

Very large units, great amenities and appliances, a lot of light coming in, close to subway station and a good location. I noticed though that the underground subway can be heard and felt throughout the day, but it's not unbearable. One will get used to it in a week.
