I love my apartment! I love hoe intimate the building is. The location is 5 mins from the subway & I always wake up to birds singing in the morning. I love that I'm in the city but still experience living "outside" of it. Management is very responsive and professional

This is my second year living in this apartment. Not very many complaints at all! I wish there was central air or those units that are installed in the wall - so I have three window A/C's in each of my rooms. Having the three A/C's is annoying because space is super limited and I have to figure out how to store them in the winter. And not to mention my light bill skyrockets. Maintenance is very good. Every time I want/ need something to get done, it never takes more than a day for them to come see about it. Not sure if my neighbors are to blame or if the flooring is not the quality quality but I hear everything going on in my neighbors apartments. From the toilet closing, to arguments, music. I'm not one to really complain but this could be very challenging for anyone who works from home a ton like me. Parking during the day is super easy, a little bit challenging at night but you'll always be able to find something.

management & property are great. central air would be great considering the price. overall cool
