Ac always breaks. Water leaks. Have had multiple days of 90 degree weather 80 percent humidity in my apartment with ac broken.

Now that the buildings are filling up and systems are in place, 420 Carroll has become a great place to live. And it is getting better every week as the neighborhood develop. The best thing about the place, however, is the staff. They are all (especially Courtney) so helpful and courteous. They make us all feel safe and special

They can't get the water right in this building - between the temperature, the pressure, and even the cleanliness. Now my thermostat is down. The building is slow to respond and management doesn't seem to care.

It hasnt even been 4 months since I moved in... AC broken for 3 days in hottest day in years. No response on weekends from property management so you better know how to predict the future if you want to reach them... doesn't make sense... And now only hot water available.. how is that possible? don't you use cold water to make hot water? What is with the piping? Other staff is really friendly though so thank you to all the other staff members who are so professional and friendly.

We've been in this brand new building for about a month and half + have had a very disappointing experience so far. A maintenance request for bulging floors has gone unanswered for nearly a week, despite multiple follow-ups with the front desk, building staff,+ direct emails to management. Maintenance has been unresponsive, and communication from management has been minimal + unhelpful at times. We seem to have to follow up multiple times for anything we need. We were also not informed during leasing that there would be ongoing, loud construction noise, which has made the unit unusable during most daytime hours. Additionally, we experienced a security issue when we woke up to an unknown person in our apartment, something that was never properly addressed. While some staff can be friendly, given the lack of building collaboration, responsiveness, noise disruption, + poor communication, I would not recommend this building at this time.
