Management is a pleasure to deal with. Facilities are always clean. Any questions or requests are responded to promptly and no issues have arrived after renting for over 2 years.

Great work space and location. Lots of bathrooms, wash sinks, bicycle parking, and a small cafe on the first floor. The staff are wonderful!

Love my office here with big windows, great light, quiet offices, great neighbors and Leo (property manager) is great and extremely helpful. Wonderful place to have a studio, highly recommended
