Great workspace

Love my office here with big windows, great light, quiet offices, great neighbors and Leo (property manager) is great and extremely helpful. Wonderful place to have a studio, highly recommended

its fine

you need more/bigger utility sinks + improved water pressure. building is clean but the ceiling leaks every time it rains. cost is becoming over priced for what it is
