The team is very consistent and reliable, even with difficult neighbors been living for five years and feel the safest from past apartments

Overall experience living here is a great, easy location. Just wish they would be accommodating and let people do temporary parking for guests as there is no parking outside. Sometimes there is stuff like cups, bags left ne4ar the mailbox but the staff definitely does the best they can. Grateful to live here.

Living at 379 has been a pretty pleasent experience thus far. The builing is a nice, upper scale new build woth solid in building laundry and rooftop access. Management is quick to respond when prompted and any form of maintenance is remedied in a reasonable time frame. The building is cleaned and maintained well and often. And the overall community is pleasent. The only slight drag is the building overall energy efficiency which has resulted in higher than average energy bills at times when the weather is more severe. Overall i would recommend living at 379 Harman if youre looking for a nicer new build in a central Bushwick location.
