Specifically in the unit I live in, it's got in-unit washer dryer and a dishwasher so from an amenities perspective, it's really good. Wish there was more a 3rd space within the building that is designated for tenants to sit or relax. Maintenance has been good, I haven't had any run in with the new supers so have no feedback yet. Since I've moved in, the elevators only been down twice or thrice, but quickly up and running. I think the biggest problem we've had is the air "splillage" that comes through in the winter—it's really cold in the winter, and we lose the ac's cool air in the summer. Wish there was a smart way to add some insulation to the windows. The biggest pain point with this apartment/building is probably the heating. We have no control over when its on and its really loud coming out of the living room wall vent (which we can't close). The electric bill goes crazy in the winter time. Outside of that, it's been good. Thank you.
