It's been really nice. But maintenance didn't do anything about the skylight in my room, even though it gets me up at 5AM every day, which is not comfortable. And Juan, the super I think, is not the most timely or easy to reach and is forgetful. Other than that, all is well.

My experience living here has been great. The neighborhood is amazing, great food spots, it's in a convenient area and the neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part. The only small complaint I have is that the walls are pretty thin, so I feel like I hear my neighbor's every move sometimes which can get really annoying. But other than that, it's been a great experience.

The neighborhood is very nice and the building is very clean except for the laundry machines. They need to be cleaned badly!! I feel very safe in the neighborhood and building. Also, our neighbors above us we hear them stomping morning, noon, and night, sometimes they are waking my roommate and I up at 3-4 AM due to whatever they are doing above us.
