there has been some trash buildup in the trash area, but its mostly construction waste. so I can imagine it takes time to dispose of it properly. but its been a while now. but over all living here has been very nice.

Maintenance request via phone take a long time to get done, hopefully using the online portal moving forward will be better. Washer and dryer in the basement is a great concept however using the Hercules payment method is counter productive and a process in its self. Parking does not apply There is no staff, the building is not swept nor mopped frequently Some tenants are noisy
