Lovely building, very quiet, friendly staff
I Love my building
I've lived in the Bronx almost all of my life and I've never been in a more perfect place for me. I love my neighbors and building staff are always friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about the building and the people associated with it.
Building staff are polite and quick to respond.
Been here since the building opened and I have no complaints regarding staff or the building condition, its well maintained. Tenants can be more mindful when and throwing out the trash and recycle and the elevator is seems to go out if service more often, those are my only 2 concerns.
Great location, clean building and responsive staff
I have lived in this building since it was first opened in 2017. I love how spacious my apartment is, living in a three bed two baths is almost unheard of these days. I think im a good price point which is also a plus. The property mamage r is courteous, friendly and also has a great response time. The super is wonderful as well. They are doing a great job bringing the property up to date after COVID.
Good building to live in
The service has everything you need, the administrative staff is very friendly and anything you ask for, they will solve it. Excellent administration
