Just moved into a three-bedroom townhouse and it's the perfect arrangement for me

Upper management has a misplaced focus on curb appeal
There there can garbage scene on the grounds along with dog excrement in places but Regional management insist on silly things like vertical blinds have to be in the windows for the terms of the lease. Non-residents continually dump their own garbage at the expense of the residents. I do wish upper management would be a little more sensitive to the fact that this is happening at the expense of residence and not the management company. This is attracting animals which spread the garbage even further and causes conflict with neighboring complexes and associations. Maintenance and office staff are very pleasant though and work hard to resolve issues.
