No huge complaints

Lived here for about 2 years now. I think the rent is a little high but its a nice quiet place. Only thing that I really wish was a little better was parking.

Decent, but expensive

I have lived here about 6 months. I like that the community is quiet and feels safe. Living here is nice, but expensive. When I moved in the washing machine did not work, and I put in a maintenance request immediately. Maintenance came by and said washing machine worked fine. It would be a month before maintenance returned to actually rectify the issue. Besides this, property management originally told me I could move in whenever I wanted during the first month, but subsequently decided my lease and move-in had to occur on the first month of the month as too many people were moving on the later dates that I was planning for and originally available. Overall the property is okay.
