Good building with good community

The rent is a bit high for the area but the building has a good community feel. The heating system is old and not always reliable, as are the elevators. But the maintenance is good, and the building manager is excellent, as are the custodial staff. When there is a problem, they are responsive and communicate well. Centrally located to the university.

A great building!

A lovely place to live, midcentury modern apartments, some of which they are renovating, unnecessarily, imho. Friendly management and staff, well maintained, immediate repairs. Close to everything in Bing, including the university, few students. Good place for university faculty and staff.
