Karen, the current property manager is awesome - she's so sweet and does anything she can to help you. Also the maintainence team is super responsive and quick. Although the price is a lot, it's a lot better than living with another person and DEFINITELY better than living in just a tiny cramped room. I just wish every apartment had a dishwasher.

I have lived here for 2 months, the staffs here are nice and helpful. This a good place to live for a student because the perfect location next to colleage and it's quiet here to study well. However, the disadvantage is obvious about the price. The price is little high for the outdated furnitures and air condition.

The title speaks for itself. Not as their advertisement: "quiet living + academic excellence" at all. You have to pray for not having any party holder and all-night-gaming undergraduate neighbors. Previous manager was an angel but so sorry we lost her. New manager gives no care. Maintenance staffs are helpful but the whole property was built around a hundred year ago, so you should expect something goes wrong every other month. The rent goes much higher and definitely not worthy.

I've been looking for a nice, quiet place to come home and relax. Hayes gives me a place that I can unwind from the day and sleep in peace.
