Affordable and good quality

The Argus has a convenient and beautiful location across from the SUNY administration building. For a reasonable rent, I have a parking space, storage unit, as well as a walking distance location from any downtown Albany buildings/events.

great building

I've been in the building since 2018. I love it here. The views are great, the parking in convenient, and I've never heard a neighbor through the walls or from above. The staff, Chantal, Stormy, Ken, and the guy that let me in at 10pm on a Sunday when I left my keys at my parent's house, are all great.
