Avoid renting here if you can. The property is extremely poorly managed and it shows in almost every aspect of the complex. Rules that are supposed to be enforced simply aren’t. The parking lot regularly has people driving far too fast, the grounds are not properly maintained, and pet waste is left around the property with little effort made to address it. The office staff also seems to change constantly, which makes it nearly impossible to get consistent answers or help with anything. Don’t expect clear communication or accountability when issues come up. Where things really fall apart is when residents try to resolve problems or move out. Instead of handling issues directly, management tends to push people toward outside websites or other channels rather than actually dealing with the situation themselves. Simple matters end up becoming unnecessarily complicated and dragged out. It’s also pretty clear that upper management either isn’t paying attention or simply doesn’t care about the ongoing problems at this property. The number of negative reviews online speaks for itself. Expect excuses, delays, and a lot of frustration if you have to deal with the office about anything important. This complex could improve significantly with better leadership, better training, and basic accountability—but until that happens, there are far better places to live
