I moved into a renovated 3-bedroom unit here a couple months ago and have had a great experience. The buildings are old and have occasional maintenance issues, but so far management has been great about taking care of those issues in a timely manner and with transparency. The location next to the park is wonderful. Management and the environment are both very pet-friendly. I feel I've gotten a great deal on the rent for the location and the quality of the living space. I've been recommending this complex to all of my friends.

Been here since 1980. Across from a park which is by a canal. Quite close to 5th street and its shopping stores, etc..

I’ve lived at Park at Idlewild for 15 years, and it’s been a true blessing. The one-bedroom apartment is cozy and bright. The neighbors are like family; we look out for each other and share many laughs. The current management is the best we have had in a long time. They are always responsive and fixing things quickly when needed. While I sometimes hear my neighbors, it’s a small price to pay for such a friendly community. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home at my age. Highly recommend!
