Comfort & Community
I’ve lived at Park at Idlewild for 15 years, and it’s been a true blessing. The one-bedroom apartment is cozy and bright. The neighbors are like family; we look out for each other and share many laughs. The current management is the best we have had in a long time. They are always responsive and fixing things quickly when needed. While I sometimes hear my neighbors, it’s a small price to pay for such a friendly community. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home at my age. Highly recommend!
Frustrating.
My dishwashe broke down a month a go, and they still havent fix the problem. The office management make me feel like no one cares and it is so frustrating having no where or no one to turn to for help.
Perfect location
Location is great, walls are very thin, do not get a bottom unit unless you can handle all the noise up top. Management is good at addressing concerns. Property can use a refresh, and update in the units.
Need faster maintenance
Office communication needs help, requests need faster service. Apt shown much more together than rented apt. Need things up to par with shown apt
