I have lived here for 1.5 years. The office staff is very helpful. The grounds are nice. There are some neighbors I could do without. I guess that is everywhere. Overall it is a great community

lived here 3yrs,My experience is that people need to keep the place clean! This will be my last year here...Do to the raise on the lease payment. Really $70 jump on the garage let alone the increase on the apartment.

This move in experience definitely tops any other place ive moved to. My application was approved the same day & I recieved correspondence regarding my application from Brianna the same day as well. She led the rest of the way, she cares about you and your time, very professional, transparent, thorough & knowledgeable. Everything went very smoth. Furthermore, the unit is spotless & feels like home inside and out even without the furniture yet lol oh & Setting up Cox is a breeze.. Awesome job MAA Desert Vista. Happy to be here.
