I love the house I'm renting, have been here for about 6-7 years. However, I hate the landscaping (Rocks) and the "no parking" situation. The only parking here, is in the driveway, or along the side of the houses you see as you enter into the area. Everything else, is a fire zone.... in front of each and every home... I also don't like all the carpeting and would prefer the tile that's in the kitchen and bathrooms. Easier to clean and keep clean. However, the house in general is easy to clean. When it comes to requesting maintenance, I have never had any issues with someone coming out. I would recommend renting from Progress Residential, but the one huge issue that I have, is that they increase the rent each and every year. When I first moved in, I was paying $1700. It has increased to $2500. The way this economy is and the fact that we are in a recession, I would think Progress would take that into consideration when deciding to raise rent. I also wish that they had a rent to own option as well.
