Great management and maintenance team. So glad they changed companies. I can see the progress of the new team. Very loud at night from disruptive residents. Pool closed all summer. Gates are very loud and squeaky at night. Trash does not get picked up but still charged monthly. No other complaints

This will be my third year in my unit. It is spacious and cozy. I love it being convenient to shopping and the Freeway. The New Company that has taken over, has been very helpful and kind. The Maintenance crew is on it!
