I have only lived here a couple months but everything has gone smoothly. From the application to picking up the keys it was easy. Maintenance responds quickly when something needs to be fixed. The leasing office staff are friendly and willing to help. The location is close to grocery stores and other places. I would recommend to friends or family.

You will not have hot water everyday…. Hot water issue every month atleast for extended times of days 3-5 days. Changes company/owner constantly.. new staff and new property rules constantly.

Staff is goid and i hopf this tean stays. The iffuce hours have changed and it has not been upsated. Parking when you were handicapped is very difficult at this location. The sidewalks are slanted to the side. They’re not flat they slant side to side. It makes it hard with a wheelchair. I ended up falling in the rocks and making my situation much worse. Maintenance is good but they don’t haven’t been available on the weekends and one of the tenants not me. I told me that they called all day and they could not get anybody there and they had a flood in their apartment so I’m hoping that maintenance will get a little bit more organized. Thank you.
