I am disappointed that you automatically charged my mom$35.00 for every month her renter's insurance lapsed due to a death in the family- her daughter! No compassion at all! She has been a wonderful tenant! Paid on time since 2004! That is a total of 17 years! And how do you say thanks? By charging her $70.00 in fees! Thank you, Carmen Meredith I would like the name of your CEO and where I can write them. Rules were made for man, not man for the rules! You could have made an exception considering her daughter who handled this was sick and dying! My sister passed in November and honestly with the shock we went through,( knocked the wind out of us all) renter's insurance was the last thing on mom's mind! Besides it was a new policy that she overlooked after all she is 89 years old! We asked for consideration. How was mom treated? Management was technical and and all about rules and policy! Rules were made for man and not man for the rules. When life gets bigger than policy, compassion, empathy and consideration should be the rule and not POLICY!!!!! I am extremely saddened by all your attitude! Someday, you too will face a death and see how you would like to be treated in the manner mom was.. Thank you
