First month

We’ve only been here 1 month and we love it. We will probably never move. I put in two service requests last night after hours and Aushton was here and done before 9am the next day with a smile on his face. We’ve never had such reliable service in an apartment company as we do here. Our windows face the freeway but you wouldn’t know it… the windows are double paned and we don’t hear a thing. Someone always answers the phone in the office and they are sweet and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you.

One Year Turned to 9 Years of Contentment

We have just renewed our lease for the 10th year with San Moritz. We had originally planned only 1 year, but we have to stayed 9 and will continue. We can't say enough to thank each one of the staff for providing us with prompt, courteous, and professional service, whether it be in maintenance, leasing, or grounds upkeep. They have always treated us like family, always responding to requests and following up. They take pride in the beauty of this complex and have provided a safe home for us. They are easy to talk to and considerate of our needs and opinions. For us, being comfortable with the people you work with in the apartment complex is as important as the quality of the buildings. Here, we have found both as top notch. Again, Thank You, San Moritz!

Living in Comfort

San Moritz has become in only One Month the Place we call Our Home. From Our first Tour of the Grounds we knew that San Moritz was Our Choice. The Grounds are Very Well kept. When and if Maintenance is needed even for Questioning about Our Unit they are a Phone Call Away. The Amenities are also Well Kept. We can not say enough about The Management. Management made our move in really Easy. It will be Nice once this Covid19 is over with so We can have outside Guests/Management over to Mingle and really get to know each other. The Location of San Moritz is also a Perfect Location to any and All shopping and Entertainment needs. It's Nice knowing you won't be Driving long distances for Pretty much anything you would need.

Great place to live

I did extensive research and looked at many properties prior to calling San Moritz home. Been here 6 months now with no regrets. From the friendly staff, outstanding and efficient maintenance team, well kept amenities, great central location with easy freeway access, nearby walking trails, San Moritz is a great value and hard to beat here in the valley. This is a complex where you could be comfortable and happy short term or long term. A+++++
