Overall, living here for the past 14 months has been a decent experience, mainly because of the location, which is very convenient. However, the property feels overpriced for what it offers. There are frequent issues with noise and disturbances, particularly near the building access points, and at times individuals experiencing homelessness gather nearby, which can create disruptive situations. While management mentions that considerations are handled on a case-by-case basis, that wasn’t my experience during my renewal process, which was disappointing. In summary, the location is a strong positive, but the pricing and overall living conditions don’t fully align with the cost.

This is my dream apartment; it couldn't meet my expectations any better. Downtown and close to everything I love. Safe and beautiful park and landscaping around the residence, and beautifully done living spaces. I am very happy here.

I scheduled a few apartments tours before moving to Las Vegas. I walked into Parc Haven accidentally thinking it was another building that I was scheduled to visit but Tara showed me around and I loved it! The free parking was probably the biggest thing for me but the building is great, the amenities are nice and the staff has been wonderful. Looking forward to my new home at Parc Haven!
