I rented from 2025-2026. My unit was old and move-in filthy due to dirt and cat urine. I had to hire an environmental cleaning company. I had no heat as the unit blew dirt and slime. Myself and two nice neighbors could not sleep due to the noise from another tenant. The Utah managers ignored us. Helix advised me to move as they could not fix things, but then they breached our settlement agreement. Trust them at your peril. I lost a lot of money and my health declined. Maddy Veteran Age 69
