The pool and hot tub are filthy for most of the season. The units were poorly maintained for years. The maintenance person now is really good but there's a lot of ground to cover. No other staff is here and if they were, they'd probably catch problematic neighbors in the act and finally evict them.

Great pool, when it's working. Parking is OK but it can be hard to find a spot sometimes. The majority of neighbors are really nice. There are a few bad eggs that the staff does nothing about.
