Infrastructure is outdated and desperately needs to be revived. )Painting over cracks isn't a "renovation.") Half of the gym equipment is missing/stolen. Gate is broken for months at a time. Property does not enforce their leases. Neighbors are loud and have no respect for others. No one cleans up after their pets. Maybe one staff member in the office is helpful. (Probably why employee turnover is so high.) We moved in two years ago and the place has gone downhill. Only positives are the location and maintenance. Hopefully the new property management company fixes this place.
