Beautiful Living Spaces

Have lived here now for 4 months and really enjoying the home. Its modern and has a great layout. The neighborhood is quiet and has a BBQ area and close to the Skye Canyon facilities and gym. Maintenance team is very responsive.

Property Manager, Rachel was super instrumental in my decision to move to Banyan Brighton. Rachel was super responsive, courteous and professional throughout my entire application and move in process. Maintenance is attentive and responds timely. If you're looking to live in a nice community, that's quiet and well kept, this is the one!

Home Sweet Home

Banyan Brighton is a Beautiful, new, nice, quiet community; but with all new developments they have to work out the kinks; and the staff here are AMAZING! Rachel the property manager and Frank the maintenance guy, address and resolve issues immediately! Quick response time (1 day, maybe 2) issue RESOLVED! I really like it here at Banyan Brighton! I’m really hoping they will let us buy them one day (hint, hint). Spacious 3 bedroom townhome, friendly neighbors, excellent staff on site (that value you as a tenant), stores, shopping and restaurants nearby, access to Skye Canyon Park amenities. Most everything you need right at your fingertips! It’s definitely a place that I can finally call HOME!
