This is my second year living at Bacaro, and overall, it has truly felt like a home away from home. From Day 1, Ms. Thalia has been incredibly kind, helpful, and professional—she’s honestly the reason I continue to have such a positive experience here. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, professional (she does not complain in front of a resident when doing things outside due to hot weather!) and gets things done right, make sure to work directly with Ms. Thalia Chavez! While I did encounter some issues with my previous unit, they were handled professionally. It did take a bit of time to resolve, but the staff communicated and followed through. Maintenance here is dependable. As long as the issue doesn't require an outside vendor, it usually gets fixed quickly. Chad, in particular, is amazing—reliable, friendly, and always saves the day. Tyrone is also someone I trust and appreciate for his consistent professionalism. The cost of living here is reasonable, especially considering the prime location—everything you need is just a short walk or drive away. The only thing I wish could improve is communication about the swimming pool. One Thursday evening around 7 PM, I tried to access the pool but neither of the gates opened with the fob key. There was no sign or notice about its unavailability, which was frustrating. Better updates on pool hours or closures would be appreciated. Despite that, Bacaro remains a great place to live. It’s convenient and managed by great people—just make sure you work with Ms. Thalia for the best professional service and experience! Just the perfect attitude for a leasing staff!

This is my second year living at Bacaro, and from day one, Ms. Thalia—one of the leasing staff—has always been on top of everything: concerns, maintenance requests, inquiries—you name it. The location is incredibly convenient, with almost everything within walking distance: supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, parks, cafés, schools, medical facilities, and more. It’s peaceful, clean, and quiet—aside from the occasional noise from nearby traffic. The rent is reasonable for a two-bedroom apartment, especially when compared to other places. With an amazing leasing staff and a super convenient location, it’s definitely worth it! Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly. For larger repairs requiring outside vendors, it may take a bit longer, but minor issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. What truly makes me stay, despite a few concerns, is the remarkable professionalism, kindness, and approachability of the leasing and maintenance team—especially Ms. Thalia Chavez, Tyrone, and Chad. They are all amazing! Honestly, what more could I ask for? This place is more than just somewhere to stay—it truly feels like home.
