WE HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR LAST 2 YEARS, OUR PM KIM IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. OTHER THAN ONE MAINTANANCE INSTANCE WITH FLOOR NORMALLY ALL OTHER MAINTAINANCE ARE DONE PROPERLY AND IN TIME.
