Management of this 6967 bayers lake is the bad mangement i ever seen and taking a apartment here was my wrost decision of life. I tried to mail, messages and to them to provide me a large apartment because my family was planning to live together because the current one was not that convinient. I requested for 2 bedroom, superident(chahat) and MD or other staff respond in verbal that not any accomodation available. I told them if you cannot solve this issue then we have to left this building and they said management can take action because you cant break lease agreement. Moving contionoualy of new tenants in this building was continued and even they had availabilty they didnt provide us other apartment and no one did response to any email.

Very very very bad for the tenants. They bully and traumatize tenants without any shame and regards. No respect to the tenancy agreement.
