Pretty much been a nightmare maintenance wise . Sediment in water crazy brown stuff out of shower and fsucets new staff seens like they got handed a bad property and doing there best

I have lived here 6 years and when I moved in it was a 55 and over. We had lots of parties, potluck, field trips,, and guest speakers, church.

now that it is no longer a senior apartments, there are too many cars and the young people will not park in front so there are cars lines up against the curb. There is plenty of parking in the front but no one wants to park and walk. Too bad for the seniors still hanging on. They are afraid to leave because they may not be able to park nesr by.

Not as good as it could be. Apartments are old and run down. Hard to get anything replaced or repaired
