I like it here nice n big for me and my little family :)

With one exception in Selene, it seems like the office staff seems to view the residents in adversarial terms. Simple maintenance requests are met with naked hostility and suggestions that any issues with the are imagined, and only meant to annoy the staff. The maintenance guys themselves seem terrific, and eager to do a good job. However, it seems like there's a lack of will by the on-site management to give the guys any direction to address any issues.
