Think twice

Where to begin - apartment didn’t get a walkthrough by management before we moved in. Baseboards broke, counters scratched, paint and spackle on floors/carpet we had to clean up, management that picks and chooses what to enforce in the lease - including that the lease is clear “no smoking property”. They do not enforce that because onsite management smokes. Hallways at times smells of smoke and not just cigarettes and there are cigarette butts everywhere outside. Don’t get me started on the “soundproofing” - we can hear the neighbors tv in our bedroom at 5am. Continually reminded these are luxury - close, but luxury is a miss. The biggest issue is the management- they may be good at managing apartments, but not luxury ones. Over priced for what you get - go elsewhere.
