Maintained answers request quickly. Work quality is good. Office staff is friendly. However, parking is always an issue.

Its a decent place to live but since covid hit the rent is out of hand. I regularly pay $1700-$2000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that should be no more then $1200. My car has been towed out of the parking lot 4 times in 2 years over bullshit!!! One excuse was that I was in a fire lane which I know I wasnt an since then theres been a different car there every night and its never been towed! Also my 3 year old daughter, my girlfriend and myself spent the whole summer with no AC and then the whole winter with no heater. Its been ridiculous, even when I lived on the outskirts of the war zone I had a better experience. I literally have gotten fees for my daughter leaving her basketball out on the balcony and also for putting chairs out on it. Maintenance never responds on time and if they do youll be lucky to get the one guy who actually onows what hes doing, It seems fine at first but as time goes on things get worse and worse.

Property is not visually inviting. Dog poop is not cleaned up. Black valet trash cans are disgusting to see and embarrassing when visitors come over. Neighbors are loud. Its like living in tje international district part of Albuquerque. The amount of rent i pay does not reflect an inviting, safe, nice area.

Me and my family have been living here for five years going on six, this place is just a wonderful place to live. You have all the shopping around the way, restaurants that are also around the way and so delicious to enjoy. We’ll be resigning our lease for more enjoyment and the wonderful Christmas holidays to come. Sierra meadows has good management workers, maintenance workers, etc… come and live at Sierra Meadows ????

Handicap parking in the back is not very functional. You need additional space.
