Convenient

All can say is it is convinent for us not happy with outsiders coming in here dumping there trash in our dumpsters so when residents try use they are full. Plus our electric meters are old should get changed out by power company, however they say since don't own land has to be done by owners

We have new owners and since then lot rent has increased plus pay own water,trash sewer as to where before was included with lot rent so you can assume went from good to worse
