Crowded parking

I asked for a reserved carport near my apartment when I first moved in. I was given a carport 100 ft. away from my apartment. However, the crowded parking lot makes parking difficult. Therefore, I asked to park in another carport place. I was given to another narrow carport which is 300 ft. away. It is further away from my apartment. Although I have a small car (Toyota Prius), the column hits my car door and scratches the car door. I wasn't happy. I asked for another parking place. The girl working in the leasing office warned me I cannot change my parking carport again. This is most unreasonable leasing office I have to deal with. When the carport number was given to me each time, I didn't see it. Therefore, I couldn't tell if I like the carport or not. I have the right to reject it, if I cannot park in a crowded parking lot. I will get into an accident. I have the right to reject it if the column scratches my car door.
