Its a very eairufuo location . Old appluances are caudibg increase in electric bill. Appliances gasbt been changed in 11 year or more . Need upgrade

property looks good from the outside. Poor/ Rude management Carman Rivera is very rude to the Elderly tenants getting smart with them as well as hanging the phone up on them . The management Office doors stay locked during regular business hours and they close without notice. when you call you get no answer or your treated poorly. Management refuse to address tenants concerns in a timely manner. water bills usage range between 2000 gallon to 4000 gallons of water for a single household per month, tenants waters bills ranges from $100-$300 per month make that make sense? Rent increases at this property after covid-19 increased by 27% when NJ law only allow 3%-to 6% rent increase and no apartment upgrades have been made. kids are unsupervised children, noisy Neighbors in top units and its a 100% pet free community. but everyone has dogs and walk them around freely allowing them to urinate and poop on neighbors lawns. Some pet owner clean up after their dogs and many wont. Many tenants are frustrated and seeking housing elsewhere. I'm not a bitter tenant. but I'm just letting you know what to expect when you move here! Tenants supporting tenants all senior citizens beware!
