Perfect for Commuters
Close to the parkway, quiet, has great amenities and reasonably priced
Good but issues
The builds are modern and the amenities are excellent but that's the extent of it. Parking is a nightmare. We literally no longer host family and friend get togethers because they cannot park. And god forbid they park without prior approval they will be towed. This by itself is enough reason for us to not renew. The other issue is noise and vents. Can constantly hear dog barking all day when their owners leave him -- debated calling animal control for abuse. We have a dog thats well behaved but concerned all the barking from next door will stress her. Regarding vent, we smell cigarette smoke into laundry and bathroom EVERY day. We've complained multiple times, and they sent a warning to neighbors once but that did not stop them and no other action was taken.
Great community love it here
All the staff are amazing. The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!
