Think twice before you made decision

I do not recommend this place. Yes, it is visually appealing, comfortable, and the maintenance team is professional—with manager Craig being particularly empathetic—but the neighbors make life extremely difficult. The apartments are so poorly soundproofed that even flushing the toilet can lead to complaints or people banging on your ceiling. And I’m not referring to parties, loud music, or dancing. They will bang on the ceiling or confront you outside without any real reason, often during regular daytime hours—not during quiet hours. Everything seems to bother everyone here. Complaints range from pigeons dirtying balconies (with expectations that management should clean it up), to dogs barking, to someone “breathing too loudly.” The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor's conversations. Residents constantly observe and gossip about each other—there is absolutely no privacy. This doesn’t feel like a home—it’s more like a place where you sleep. It’s as if you’re renting a cage in a zoo, living under constant surveillance and judgment for everything you do. I strongly suggest thinking twice before submitting an application or deciding to move in.

Bittersweet

Ive been a resident for 10 years coming up in july. When we first moved he it truly was a blessing! Over the years the maintenance of the complex has gone down tremendously. There is in consistence in tve mangement office. I am currently pregnant with my third child, i requested a 3 bedroom and was told “they dont do transfers” the 3 bedroom has been vacant for almost a year now. The town itself is beautiful extremely welcoming, super safe. We love the town so much which is why its bittersweet because the property has gone down so much.

Staff is not very friendly, all is about threats if payments not made on time or have favoritism with other tenants because they are afraid but those people get away with it.
