Overpriced

My husband and i lived there for six momths. The noise from the tenants upstairs was over the top. Very poor soundproofing. Elevators broke often, fire alarms went off several tomes and bldg had to be evacuated, CO2 alarm in garage was constantly going off, smoke alarm in apartment was knowingly the wrong type installed by owners. Everytime the stove was used the alarm would go off. Finally the new super imstalled the correct one. Once you move in you realize they cut corners on every aspect of this building. We broke our lease and had to pay the customary monies due but they slso tried to hit us with a $1500 move out fee, which we questioned and did not pay. Overall, not a great experience

Westfield crossing

We love the building and the staff is great. Maintenance is really not felt as a presence at the property or an accessible one. The dog parks are disappointing as far as being cleaned and hygienic. But I heard you may hire professional cleaners- that would be really helpful!
