Too many ongoing problems with the Property. I pay way too much rent for this property. Issue after issue with plumbing, heat etc.

Cute place

Love living here, great location next to the park and it's a safe area. Perfect size space for two people but we really need more storage. I don't understand the point of having a basement if we cannot put some things down there. Not really a fan of our neighbors upstairs because of their kids making a lot of noise. Not sure if they're wrestling or what but all the crashing noises I hear drive me nuts. My biggest issue is rent being raised every year. If you're going to up the rent then you should make some improvements to the actual space.
