I’ve enjoyed my residency here for the past 3 years. The staff is excellent and the building is quiet. However, the rent has become unaffordable and I am moving out due to the expense.

Been here over 2 years and we are pleased to be here.

We are completing our 3rd year soon, and we have enjoyed the experience. The staff and the other residents are friendly and helpful. The closeness to good groceries, good walking, good pizza (across the street), and good shopping in general, makes living here very easy. We have experience with relatives attending all levels of schools close by and the Verona and Montclair and Cedar Grove systems are excellent.

Family Friendly, Wonderful Place to Live with Plenty to Do!

We've been living in Annin Lofts for about 2.5 years and we couldn't imagine ourselves apartment living anywhere else! It's always clean, the staff and maintenance crew are exceptional and care about their residents. They host nice community events a few times per month to get the residents together; it's very nice because it builds community! Not to mention, they are pet friendly here and have a dog park right next to the apartment. Across the street there's a nail salon, a great sushi restaurant and our favorite place to get pizza. Verona park is less than half a mile away and we frequently walk there, it's especially gorgeous in the Fall. Montclair is the town right next door so if you're a FOODIE, you will LOVE IT! They have so many amazing restaurants and plenty of shops and activities to do. New York City is a short train ride away. There is also a gym next door (Hardbodyz Fitness) and your membership is included in the amenity fee that you pay with the rent. It's worth it, this has been our gym since before we moved to Annin Lofts so for us, this was a huge plus. Also within walking distance, you also have a Dunkin Donuts, Exxon and Small Supermarket. Food Shopping is also nearby, there is a Kings in Verona about 2 minutes drive away from the complex or if you like Shop Rite, that's about 7-8 minutes drive away in West Orange. This apartment complex is overall very family friendly and everyone we know who lives here are just as happy as we are! We plan to stay as long as we can.
