I love living here, the location is unbeatable, the views are breathtaking, and the actual building has a lot of character. The parking in the summer is very difficult as there are no assigned spots. I often have to walk 30-45 minutes away from where I parked on a weekend. The maintenance sometimes is handled quickly and other times not responded to at all. Communication is often slow or nonexistant. I.e. coming home to half the building having no running water and never receiving a call or email back. The people in the building are amazing, couldn't ask for better neighbors. There is an elevator, it runs very slowly, but there are only 7 floors so it's not a big deal. There are washers/dryers in the apartments that work most of the time, but not always. The AC is often a problem in the summer for several units. The dishwasher also works sometimes and not others. My garbage disposal often doesn't work and there are water leaks.

I have rented here for 3 years. I use the apartment sometimes in the winter months but extensively during the spring, summer and fall months. The location is wonderful with great ocean front views.
