The Showboat Residences

The showboat is a wonderful place to live.

I miss the outdoor space by the pool. That was a big reason why I moved here. I actually never used the pool, but enjoyed being able to go outside.

Several floors have Cozy Suites (like an Airbnb). I live next to 3. I submit noise complaints on average twice a week because they are temporary guests. Nothing meaningful has been done since I moved in this past February. It is now July. Other than that, I like about 90% of living here.

Moved in 3 months ago and we absolutely love it here! Never thought we would live in an old casino, but definitely enjoy it. Would love to see ALL elevators running at all times to reduce the wait times. Would love to see more thorough cleaning of common areas such as hallways and laundry rooms. Improvements are steadily happening. To comment on the noise complaints that have been posted: one can't expect library/museum silence when living in an apartment building. The noise levels are typical and expected when you have people living above, below, and next to you. If you can't handle hearing footsteps or doors opening and closing, a single family home is a better option for you. A little noisier on weekends than weekdays. But overall the noise levels are typical for a building like this. The staff is great. The amenities are awesome, but would love for the pool to be reopened. The waterpark pool costs money and the ocean is a hike with all of your beach gear in tow. Showboat: Please bring back the pool.

Great location, great amenities, it’s always something to do. My son and I love t so far.

Great place to rent for the summer or for the year. The staff is amazing and it is conveniently located.
