Excellent place to live

I have lived here for about a week now and its a very safe and great property to live on. There are security guards at every point of the arcade and studio is actually quite bigger than i excepted. We have a lot of room to move around. The parking is shared by the waterpark, i thought we would have our own parking area but its okay. The showboat does get packed on weekends so parking is harder to find as you live here. Last night though we heard a dog barking all night long. But if you wear ear plugs to bed you dont hear any noises at all. Over all i love the showboat and im proud to call it my home!

Overall Resident Review

Nice apartment, friendly staff, 24hr gym access is great and access to the boardwalk. Can be loud and busy, mainly weekends because of the arcade and waterpark and events. But that is normal and expected. 2 out of 4 of the resident elevators work which sometimes is a but much because of the guest staying in the cozy suites and it could take a few munutes to go down or up. Feel like with the amount of residents with dogs, we could have a bigger dog rest area or something gated in.
