Been here for 3 years and counting quiet and clean bulding and no problems with management or maintence , the laundry room can use an upgrade

I absolutely love my apartment. I think that Brooke is wonderful and fair to us as tenants. I am not too happy with the exorbitant increase in our parking cost, but I am truly 98% happy with my apartment and management.

I love my loft apartment. The maintenance is quick and I have never waited for even a single day for a response to my request. The staff, I have only dealt with a handful of times, but Brooke is the nice one in my opinion. The others have no idea who we are as humans and it shows. Parking is a complete nightmare, but as I understand things, they are working to improve that. There is no beating the rent for the value in today's economy, and our building is super quiet.

I absolutely love my place here in the Commonwealth building. There is a perfect amount of tenants, I feel safe, and I love the amenities for the price. My neighbors for the most part have been wonderful, there have been some rough spots, but I understand that happens with a new building, but after almost 2 years things are lovely here. The staff have been absolutely wonderful to me.
